Emotional Intelligence
Love them or hate them, we all have emotions! Left unmastered they can cause a lot of trouble, internal and external. In this course, we will cover the five basic features of how to make order out of chaos in our lives. Practical guidance will be given to develop gratitude and joy; self-awareness, self-mastery; compassion; motivation and social skills. The latter is how to put meditation in a more social context. We will practice together to improve the quality of our lives and have less regret as our lives unfold.
